Rules
1. Weight loss
will be based on the percent of body weight loss. The calculation is the take your actual weight (AW) and subtract
it form your initial weight (IW). Then divide that number by your initial (IW) weight. Take that number and multiply it by
100 and you get your weight loss percentage.
((IW-AW)/IW)
* 100= weight loss percentage
Example: So if I start at 211,
and I lose 5 lbs in a month and end up at 206.
That’s 211-206 (5 lbs.)
Take 5 lbs. and divide it by my starting weight of 211
5/211 = .023697
Multiply that by 100 and you get 2.37%
2. “HAVE
FUN”, eat healthy, and exercise.
3. The first weigh
in will be on Saturday, January 29, 2011 @ 3:00 - 6:00 p.m.

The final weigh in will be on Saturday, March 26, 2011 @ tbd (8 WEEKS)
5. Weekly weigh in is EVERY Monday, 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
6. All weight measurements will be conducted using the 'official' Four
Seasons' scale.
7. There is a one time $35 registration
fee that must be paid prior to your first weigh in.
8.
You can register for the competition before and after the Kick-Off Party however, the 1st weigh
in opportunity will be during the Kick-off party. After the Kick-Off party, all participants will be
weighed to obtain their starting weight at the time of registration or during a weekly weigh-in day of MONDAYS,
5:00pm - 8:00pm.
9. All money owed must be paid during the
time of weigh in (so, if you have a bad week, be prepared).
10. There
will be a penalty fee of $1 applied if your weight stays the same.
11.
There will be a penalty fee of $1 if you miss weighing in.
12. There
will be a penalty fee of $1 added for each pound gained. (i.e. gain 3 pounds, you owe $3)
13. There will be no early weigh-ins or make-up weigh-ins allowed, so please do not ask

14. 1st Place Biggest Loser receives
$100 cash; 2nd & 3rd place 'losers' will receive FREE Zumba classes.
