Registration:	8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
Black Belt Meeting:	9:30 a.m.
Eliminations:	10:00 a.m. SHARP!!!
Competitor's Fee:	$45 for 1st event plus $5.00 for each additional event (at the door)
Pre-Registration Fees:	$40 for 1, 2, or 3 events (add $5.00 for each additional event after 3).   All entries must be post-marked by May 16, 2008.
Spectator's Fee:	$6.00 Adults; $4.00 Children 6-12 yrs.; 5 and under free
Awards:	1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th place awards

By signing this entry, I certify that I will abide by the rules of the Four Seasons Karate Tournament, and that I am of legal age (or, if under 18, have Parental permission).  Furthermore, I waive any and all rights of claims for damages against the promoters, operators, or sponsors of this tournament for any injury or disability resulting from my participation in this tournament.  I understand that any medical treatment given to me will be First Aid treatment only.  I also waive any compensation in regard to any pictures taken of me during this tournament.
